Ultimate

Ultimate is fast and exciting team sport played with a flying disc(frisbee). Usually ultimate is an outdoor sport but it also can be played indoors.

Ultimate is played between 2 teams of 7 players. The goal of the game is to make points(score). Winner of the game is that team which first reaches the point cap or team which has more points when time is up. In
tournaments point cap is usually around 15 and time limit is around 1h.30min.

Player cannot run when he is holding the disc. When player catches the disc he must stop as fast as possible and try to toss the disc to his team mates within 10 seconds. You score when you throw the disc to your team mate who is in the endzone.

Defending team tries to prevent the offending team to score. Any contact between players is a foul, so basically defendig team just have to try to
catch opponent's throw or make them to throw the disc down. If defending team gets the disc or offence throws disc down it's called "turnover" and then defending team becomes an offence and vice versa.

There is no referees in ultimate, so the game is refereed by the players them selves. Self refereing is based on "the Spirit of the Game".
